First Annual: Blogger's Ball

It's finally here, the moment we have all been waiting for the First Annual Blogger Ball,

which was so fantastically thrown together by Jessica, Rachel, and Niki

I decided for my New Year's Eve digs I would go with nothing but Glitter. It's a shiny, sparkly, new year and I plan to ring it in with some bling!

My Favorite Part of 2012: My Engagement To P

On March 7th after a year and half of dating, my Mr. Perfect took me back  to the location of our first date on Siesta Key Beach to the very spot where we shared our very first kiss and he asked me to be his wife. It was by far the best day of my life and my favorite memory of 2012

Favorite Song/Book/Movie of 2012: 

Favorite Song: Call Me Maybe

Yes I am a 10 year old girl, and I absolutely adore this song.

It's fun to sing by yourself at the top of your lungs, or with a group of people making absolute fools of yourself. Perfect song in my book.

Favorite Book: Blog Inc.

I am not a huge reader. I am a fan of my Cosmo, and of course my favorite blog, but books are not really my thing. I did really enjoy the book Blog Inc. I recommend it to any blogger who thinks of their blog on more of the professional side. It has great tips from regular people who have made a living out of doing what we all love. Blogging.

Favorite Movie: The Dark Knight Rises

I am a movie buff and have SO many favorite movies from this year but I think my favorite movie of the entire year was The Dark Knight Rises. I am not a action fan but I LOVE the batman movies, anything with Christen Bale, sign me up!

My Biggest Accomplishment of 2012: No Spotlight

2012 was a great year for me. I was very successful in my job, we did alot of work on our house, I got a great pay raise, I turned 22, The growing of my little blog. There isn't any one giant accomplishment. It was just alot of great little things.

Looking Forward to in 2013: My Wedding

I have wanted to marry this man since the first couple weeks I met him. He is funny, adorable, sweet, caring, and the most amazing man I have ever met. I adore him with my whole heart and CANNOT wait to call him my husband. Not only have I been dreaming about this day my whole life, but since the second I knew it was him, it has just made it that much more magical!

My 2013 Resolutions:

1) To get in to a happy, healthier, lifestyle.

Go to more Zumba classes, get on a good work out schedule, spend more time outdoors, spend more time biking, roller blading, etc. I don't want to "lose weight" I jut want to be more active, and feel better all around.

2) To make this little blog grow. I really want Life:Oceanside to be bigger, better, and draw in more new readers. I have loved getting to know so many different bloggers, and make new friends! I cannot wait to get to know all the new faces the new year will bring

3) To work on more house projects and be finished with renovations.

4) To just focus on being married, being happy, and following all of our dreams.
